Due to continued growth, ASG Equipment Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Dubbo workshop.About the roleThis hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair and reliability of a fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment.
Working closely with the management team, you'll lead a team of technicians and apprentices while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.Key responsibilitiesLeading daily workshop operations and maintenance activitiesCoordinating scheduled servicing, repairs and equipment rebuildsSupporting technicians with diagnostics and complex repairsMentoring apprentices and developing team capability and successionDriving safety,
