About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned handyperson in the Sydney area.
You will report to the State Service Manager as part of the Facilities Service team.
Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenancePerform custodial duties, grounds, maintenance, and minor maintenance and repair workReplace and repair door hardware, locks, and keysPerform interior and exterior paintingReplace light bulbs/lamps/ballasts and cleaning fixturesMove furniture,



modular system break down and set upPerform vacancy clean up and organisationRespond quickly to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar roleBasic carpentry, plumbing, painting and tiling skillsComply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habitsAbility to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, building automation systems, etc.Complete all required safety training as scheduled annually
