32 hours fortnightly.We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Service Employees to join our team on a casual basis in South Coogee .
Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts is essential.As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents.
You will provide person-centred care and support, assist with daily living activities, and promote residents' emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
Every day, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections and make a genuine difference in the lives of older people.Your duties will include:Assisting residents with personal care including showeringSupporting residents with mealsContributing to care planning with registered staffDocumenting care and services provided to residentsEngaging residents in meaningful activitiesRequirementsMinimum requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.Experiencein similar role in aged careA genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly peopleEffective communication skills,
