including onboarding and employee changesMaintain accurate employee and position data in SuccessFactors, and ensure employee records are handled appropriatelyBuild effective working relationships with HRBPs, business managers, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and ITMonitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs (monthly reporting), identify recurring issues and bottlenecks, and drive practical process improvementsSet clear expectations, support team performance and development, and promote consistent, customer-focused serviceWhat you'll need to be successfulTertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experienceProven team leadership experienceTrack record of achieving KPIs in customer serviceKnowledge of employment legislationExperience using HR systems and case-management or ticketing tools; SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience is highly desirableStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated process improvement capabilitiesSound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and National Employment StandardsWhy Veolia?
