We are seeking a Full time Waitress to join the team at Basil Leaf Pho Ptl Ltd in Fitzroy, VIC ****.
This is a full-time position where you will be at the heart of our hospitality operation, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As a waitress, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service our restaurant is known for, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued throughout their visit.What you'll be doingGreeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them at appropriate tables in a timely mannerTaking accurate food and beverage orders from customers and inputting them into the ordering systemProviding knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials and beverages to enhance the dining experienceServing food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring orders are correct and presented attractivelyChecking in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns immediatelyProcessing payments and operating the point-of-sale system accurately and securelyClearing and resetting tables efficiently between service periodsMaintaining a clean and organised dining area, including floor and table maintenanceAdhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all timesSupporting kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth restaurant operationsHandling customer complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessaryWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a waitress or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality,
