including nightshift for upcoming shutdownsGood communication skills and accuracy in record keeping.Excellent safety awareness and valuesQA/QC Scope of WorksVisual & Mechanical InspectionsVerify equipment nameplates, ratings, and physical installation against design drawings and specifications.Check torque values on all electrical connections, busbars, and terminal blocks.Inspect enclosures, seals, IP ratings, cable tray layouts, and fire-stopping integrity.Earthing & Bonding VerificationMeasure earth grid resistance and confirm equipotential bonding continuity across frames, structures, and armor glands.Cable & Circuit TestingPerform continuity testing to verify correct core identification and zero-resistance paths.Conduct Insulation Resistance (IR / Megger) testing on low-voltage and high-voltage cables, switchgear, and motors.Documentation & Punch ListingFill out, sign off, and compile pre-functional check (PFC) sheets and test certificates.Classify and track installation deficiencies (Type A, B, or C punch list items) for remediation before power-up.RequirementsAustralian Certified Trade CertificateQualified Electrician (WA A Grade Electrical Licence)CPR/LVR certificate (valid within 12 months)Provide First Aid CertificateDrivers Licence C-ClassHigh Risk Work Licence (WP)Confined space EntryWorking at HeightsAbility to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screenWhat We 'Can Do' For YouCompetitive CompensationContemporary RosteringCareer OpportunitiesHealth and Wellbeing SupportBenefits & DiscountsEmployee Referral RewardsLocationEast Perth, WAPrimero is an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly encourages female, veteran and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.
