You'll gather information, guide customers through the process, organise repairs or replacement options and keep things moving towards the best outcome.Some claims are straightforward while others require you to ask the right questions, assess information and make decisions when the answer isn't always obvious.
Along the way, you'll build expertise in claims, customer communication and problem-solving.You don't need insurance experience to get started.
Through structured training, coaching and ongoing support, you'll develop skills in decision-making, negotiation and customer care, opening the door to specialist, leadership and broader career opportunities across the business.What you'll be doingA full-time role in-office at ChermsideTake ownership of claims once they are lodged and manage them through to resolutionBe the main point of contact for customers, repairers, and assessors, keeping everyone updated and on trackManage a portfolio of claims at different stages, working through structured workflow queues and daily prioritiesReview policy details and evidence to make fair, accurate decisions within guidelinesApprove repairs, arrange hire cars, pay invoices, follow up quotes, and respond to customer updatesKeep detailed and accurate notes so every claim is transparent and compliantHandle calls from customers who may be stressed, explaining what happens next and guiding the claim forwardBuild strong knowledge of repairs,
