About the Role




Casual position with regular hours available
Split-shift work across lunch and dinner service
Preparation and cooking across a wide-ranging menu
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and kitchen standards
Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and progress within the business
Qualifications & experience
Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery high favourable but not essential.
Previous commercial kitchen experience
Able to work confidently in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including split shifts, evenings and weekends
Tasks & responsibilities
Food Preparation (poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables, dairy, fruits)
Day & Night Meal Service
General Cleaning
