About the Role
ADG has a permanent opportunity for aStructural Engineer, in ourBrisbane (Toowong) office.
This is a pivotal role where you'll contribute to project management, support and mentor junior engineers, and interface directly with key clients.
You will gain exposure to projects across Australia, broadening both your technical expertise and client experience.
Day-to-day, you will:
Undertake complex engineering design tasks as part of a project team
Independently run projects and deliver on client requirements
Collaborate nationally with other technical specialists
Play a leadership role in supporting and developing engineers in your team
What We're Looking For
Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
3+ years' industry experience
Strong design experience in large buildings - concrete frame and steel structures across industrial, commercial, and retail sectors
Understanding of geotechnical and basement/retention walls, as well as seismic and wind design loads
Solid knowledge of construction methods and temporary works
Ability to solve complex engineering problems with cutting-edge, practical solutions
Strong communicator with mentoring and leadership capability
