Service / Parts Interpreter – Marine DealershipThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with customers and technicians, and keeping a busy marine workshop and parts operation moving.
You'll work with an established customer base and alongside a knowledgeable team with genuine experience in the marine industry.Key responsibilitiesIdentify, source, quote and sell parts for customers and internal workshop techniciansInterpret parts requirements from customer descriptions, engine information and technical documentationCoordinate parts procurement, ordering, receival, storage and dispatchSupport the service department with parts identification and availabilityPrepare quotations, sales orders and invoicesMaintain accurate stock and customer recordsLiaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding availability, pricing and technical informationBuild strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the workshop teamIdentify opportunities to improve stock management,
