Multi-Site Manager | General Pants Erina & Green HillsGeneral Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand's most iconic fashion retailers, and we're looking for an experienced retail leader to step into a Multi-Site Manager role overseeing our Erina and Green Hills stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, results-driven retailer ready to take full ownership of two stores and bring the GP brand to life across both locations.In this role, you'll lead day-to-day operations across both sites, driving performance and delivering a strong in-store experience.
You'll set the pace on the floor, build high-performing teams, and make sure both stores operate consistently to GP standards.What You Will Be DoingDriving both teams to achieve sales targets, KPI goals and wage budgets in line with GP expectationsLeading, coaching and developing high-calibre teams across both stores, identifying talent and creating explicit pathways for progressionTaking full ownership of rostering and wage budgets to ensure the right coverage at each siteSplitting your time between Erina and Green Hills to maintain a strong leadership presence in both storesLeading store walkthroughs and VM execution to keep product placement commercial and on brandDelivering exceptional customer experience,



resolving issues with empathy and careTaking ownership of store operations across both sites, including payroll, timecards, stock management and compliance with GP and Alquemie Group policiesWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a retail store management role, with a proven track record of delivering sales results (multi-site experience is highly regarded)Strong commercial awareness, with experience across KPIs, wage budgets and store operationsA proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environmentExcellent organisation and time management skills to balance the needs of two storesA genuine passion for delivering an exceptional, customer-first experienceA current driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between storesWho We AreAt General Pants, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes and celebrates individuality and an entrepreneurial spirit.
