We are looking for a caring and dependable casual Support Worker with versatile availability to join our team in the Waterloo area.AvailabilityAvailable across the whole week, Monday to Sunday, between 8:00am and 8:00pmShifts range from a minimum of 3 hours to longer shiftsShifts are offered on a casual, as-needed basisShifts currently available includeAfternoon shifts, 3:00pm to 6:00pmDaytime shifts, Monday to Sunday 9:30am to 2pm or moreAbout the roleProviding community access, companionship and daily living supportAssisting with personal care, household tasks and transport to appointments as neededBuilding positive,



respectful relationships and supporting clients' independenceCompleting shift notes and reporting incidents in line with NDIS requirementsWhat we're looking forA mature, patient and reliable support workerFemale support worker preferred to match client preferenceFlexible availability between 8:00am and 8:00pm, seven days a weekCert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Ageing (or equivalent experience)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Working With Children CheckCurrent First Aid and CPRCurrent driver's licence car and comprehensive car insurance neededLives locally or can reliably travel to WaterlooWhat we offerFlexible casual shifts to suit your availabilitySupportive, hands-on managementA small, values-driven team where your work is genuinely appreciated
