We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest packaging companies in Australia as we are currently looking for an experienced Integration and Project Delivery Manager to join the Opal packaging team.Reporting to the Chief Executive - Packaging, the role translates agreed business priorities into practical delivery plans, coordinates operational and functional teams, resolves implementation barriers and drives accountable delivery of milestones and measurable business benefits.This role can be based at either our Burnley, VIC head office or at our Revesby, NSW site.Playing a critical role in our transition to a regional operating model, this role will contribute to the success of Opal by:Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, driving and managing change throughout the packaging businessLead assigned integration activities across business units, functions and sites, including operating structures, processes, systems, service arrangements and ways of working.Develop and execute integration plans covering workstream sequencing, resource requirements, dependencies, transition risks and operational readiness.Establish practical project briefs, schedules, milestones, workstream owners,



budgets and acceptance criteria aligned to the business' prioritiesEnsuring that plans are delivered on-time and within budget, ensuring solutions are practical and sustainableBring together multiple areas of the business & create lasting changeTrack costs and benefits against the approved business case, distinguishing implemented changes, realised outcomes and remaining opportunitiesUse operational and financial analysis to identify delivery gaps and recommend corrective actionWe can offer a varied career journey with learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
