What You’ll Bring You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- AHPRA registration with 2+ years’ experience

Salary & Package Breakdown

- $120,000 base salary plus 12% super ($14,400): $134,400 per annum including super
- Relocation allowance up to $5,000, one-off
- CPD allowance of $2,000 per annum
- OAA and AHPRA fees reimbursed in full; additional to the quantified package below
- Retention bonus of $5,000 annually over three years, subject to agreed retention and payment terms
- Up to $146,400 in the first year, rounded to up to $147K package, including super, relocation,



CPD and annual retention bonus where payable. Relocation is not recurring annual pay.
- Additional performance bonus up to $10,000: $5,000 if the practice beats the previous year by 5%, or $10,000 if it beats the previous year by 10%. Conditional performance bonus and OAA/AHPRA reimbursements are excluded from the quantified headline.
