Our client is a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Digital Coordinator to join their team. This role will support the delivery of consumer and corporate digital strategies across websites, social media, email and other digital channels.
Your new role
Working closely with the Digital Engagement Manager, you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of digital content, campaigns and channels while supporting broader digital projects and initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and managing digital channels including websites, social media, email and intranet

- Creating, editing and publishing written, image, video and audio content across digital platforms

- Coordinating social media activity, including content creation and community management

- Supporting the delivery of consumer and corporate digital strategies

- Coordinating email marketing campaigns and supporting email strategy

- Supporting digital production activities to ensure work is delivered on time, to brief and within budget

- Assisting with digital projects, including timelines, tasks, resources and governance requirements

- Monitoring digital performance through analytics, reporting and evaluation

- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop content for digital channels





- Supporting quality control and consistency of brand application across digital platforms

- Assisting with privacy compliance across digital channels

- Providing digital engagement support to internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Recent experience managing websites and social media channels

- Strong digital content creation, editing and publishing experience

- Experience delivering email marketing campaigns

- Experience using digital analytics platforms to monitor and evaluate digital activity

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different digital audiences

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines

- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

- Robust stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
