- Clean and change beer lines and kegs as required.
- Assist with after-hours guest check-ins and reception enquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer service, respond to enquiries and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Undertake additional operational duties as required by the Venue Manager.
Skills And Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven hospitality leadership experience,
a practical approach to management and the confidence to oversee multiple departments in a busy hotel workplace.
You will need:
- Extensive experience in a hotel supervisory or mid-management position.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of gaming operations, responsible service and gaming compliance.
- Solid retail experience, including stock control and POS systems.
