Transport Coordinator Looking to step off the road but stay in the transport industry? JK are seeking a Transport Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team. This role is ideal for an experienced truck driver, allocator or logistics professional who enjoys problem-solving, customer service and keeping operations running smoothly.
Note: This role is to cover an extended leave period from December 2026 till April 2027. Working hours 7am-4pm
About the Role

- Coordinate daily transport schedules and vehicle movements
- Liaise with customers, drivers and subcontractors
- Manage breakdowns, repairs and maintenance bookings
- Provide delivery updates and resolve transport issues
- Process timesheets and support monthly invoicing
- Occasionally deliver trucks and vehicles when required

Job Requirements

- HR Licence (HC highly regarded)
- Robust understanding of transport operations and NHVR requirements
- Good knowledge of Victorian roads and routes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn current systems
- Forklift licence advantageous
