Our client in Bribie Island is seeking an experienced optometrist who enjoys building patient relationships and delivering thoughtful, personalised care. Join a fully equipped practice with an established patient base and a supportive team that values quality eyecare.
The opportunity

- Part-time, 2–3 days per week, including Saturdays
- 30-minute appointments for experienced optometrists
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and provide clear advice to patients

Salary and benefits
$110,000–$125,000 base plus 12% super: $123,200–$140,000 package on a full-time-equivalent basis. The maximum is $125,000 base + $15,000 super = $140,000. Salary and super are paid pro rata for the agreed part-time hours,



based on 38 hours per week over 52 weeks.

About you
You are an experienced, AHPRA-registered optometrist with explicit communication skills, sound clinical judgement and a patient-focused approach. You are confident managing ocular conditions and responding to eye health emergencies.
