About the Company
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established regional healthcare provider delivering a broad range of hospital and community-based services. The organisation is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and fostering a supportive workplace where clinicians can develop their skills, share knowledge and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
About the Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Grade 2 Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join a community rehabilitation service supporting adults with a range of complex and chronic health conditions.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, evidence-based intervention and ongoing rehabilitation to help patients improve their functional capacity, maintain independence and achieve their individual goals. The service offers a mix of individual and group-based rehabilitation, with some home-based intervention depending on patient needs.
This is a senior clinical position offering a good balance of hands-on patient care, clinical autonomy and opportunities to influence service delivery. You will contribute to program development, quality improvement and the evaluation of clinical outcomes,
while supporting the professional development of junior clinicians, allied health assistants and students.
You'll be joining a team that values collaboration, open communication and a supportive learning environment. The role also offers opportunities to expand your clinical experience across a varied caseload, with access to professional development and study leave.
Additional benefits include salary packaging, subsidised parking, discounted leisure memberships, paid parental leave, flexible work practices and the option to purchase additional leave.
What You'll Need
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
- Current qualified registration or accreditation appropriate to your discipline.
- Demonstrated clinical experience and the ability to practise autonomously at a Grade 2 level.
- Experience assessing and managing adults with complex or chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while managing your own clinical responsibilities.
- Experience or an interest in supervising, mentoring and supporting the development of junior clinicians and students.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous improvement and patient-centred care.
