We are representing a highly regarded Not-for-Profit provider seeking a Certificate III Educator to join its preschool service near Kellyville.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive team in a smaller, close-knit service catering for approximately 40 children. You will contribute to a welcoming and engaging learning environment, build strong relationships with children and families, and support children's development during their important preschool years.
With a strong focus on quality education, teamwork and community connections, this role is ideal for an educator who enjoys working collaboratively and creating positive learning experiences for young children.

Key Perks and Finer Details

- Permanent part-time position, working 4 days per week
- Monday to Thursday, with rotating rosters between 7:00am and 6:00pm
- $29–$34 per hour + superannuation
- Preschool service catering for approximately 40 children

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the service philosophy
- Build warm,



respectful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Assist with planning and implementing learning experiences that reflect children's interests, needs and developmental stages
- Maintain a protected, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Support children's social, emotional and developmental needs
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain effective daily routines and quality practices
- Follow relevant regulations, policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and education

What You'll Need

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting preschool-aged children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable and proactive approach
- A commitment to providing quality care and contributing to a supportive team culture
