We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a 3–6 month contract on a premium residential development comprising five exclusive, full-floor apartments overlooking the harbour.
This is a outstanding opportunity to join a high-end Class 2 project, supporting the commercial and contractual aspects of the build.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with strong Class 2 residential experience and proven Jobpac experience essential for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, letting and contract administration.
- Review progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial reporting.
- Manage subcontractor packages, scopes of work and contractual documentation.
- Assist with cost forecasting and monthly commercial reporting.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to support project delivery.
About You
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within construction.
- Strong Class 2 residential experience is essential.
- Previous Jobpac experience is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organisation and subcontractor management skills.
- Available for a 3–6 month contract and able to hit the ground running
