About the role
Wests Cardiff is home to T-Bones, our family-friendly restaurant known for char-grilled steaks, famous pork ribs and generous Mexican-inspired dishes.
We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant who is ready to take the next step.

Alongside your regular Food & Beverage shifts, you’ll have the opportunity to step up and complete Supervisor shifts, building hands-on leadership experience while continuing to work alongside the team and deliver a great guest experience.

This is more than a standard Food & Beverage role. If you have solid restaurant experience and are ready for greater responsibility, this is a great opportunity to start building your leadership capability.

What you’ll be doing

- Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
- Taking orders and providing table service
- Preparing and serving beverages
- Delivering meals and assisting guests with menu questions
- Operating tills and handling cash
- Supporting the team with cleaning and general duties
- Stepping up into Supervisor shifts when required

About you

You’ll bring:

- Restaurant or café table service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive, reliable and team-focused approach
- Confidence and capability to step up into Supervisor shifts




- Availability Friday and Saturday nights, plus reasonable availability Tuesday to Thursday
- Current RSA
