About the Role:
Looking to build on your project logistics experience, or already managing project cargo and ready for your next step? This opportunity will see you working closely with key clients, coordinating complex breakbulk, OOG and project cargo movements, while also supporting and mentoring the team.

You will be responsible for:

- Liaising with carriers, transport providers and project stakeholders
- Managing shipment milestones and critical delivery timelines
- Preparing quotations, documentation and operational plans
- Tracking cargo movements and providing proactive client updates
- Coordinating complex mining, resources and project logistics movements
- Supporting and mentoring team members across day-to-day operations
- Helping drive the successful delivery of projects from planning through to final delivery





What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Experience in Project Logistics, Breakbulk, OOG or Freight Forwarding
- Strong understanding of Air, Sea and multimodal transport operations
- Pricing/quoting experience - end to end
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage quotations and project requirements
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or New Zealand Citizenship
- Perth Location
