The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Organisational Change Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide change, shaping modern governance and operating models, and delivering key workforce strategies for both professional and academic staff. You will work hand-in-hand with senior leaders - including Deputy Vice-Chancellors and HR Directors - to address key organisational priorities and help build a better future.

What You'll Be Leading

Sitting within the Organisational Change Enablement team, you'll bring structure and momentum to workforce strategy initiatives that cut across services, functions, and leadership levels. Your key areas of focus will include:

- Leading change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement strategies for workforce-related initiatives
- Translating workforce data and insights into actionable strategy documentation and reporting

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in workforce strategy, organisational design, or change management at a senior level
- Strong grounding in change management methodologies (such as PROSCI or equivalent)
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in a complex, multi-site setting
- High-level written communication skills, including strategy papers and executive reporting
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
