Desirable

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, media, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Craft CMS, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud and basic short-form video production. Familiarity with GA4, native social analytics, SEO principles and campaign tracking.

- Curious, coachable and comfortable asking questions.
- Calm, organised and transparent when priorities compete.
- Careful and accurate, with an eye for the details that make work great and protect CEDA’s reputation.
