Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Second Class and Trade Qualified Sheet Metal Fabricators to manufacture aluminium frames and louvres in a workshop based in Acacia Ridge.
What's on offer
- Second Class: $48 per hour casual.
- Trade Qualified: $53 per hour casual.
- Monday to Thursday: 6am-2:30pm.
- Friday: 6am-12pm.
- Immediate start.
- Ongoing work with a view to permanent employment.
- Workshop-based role.
About the role
- Fabricating and assembling aluminium frames and louvres.
- MIG and TIG welding of aluminium components.
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
- Measuring, cutting and preparing materials.
- Checking dimensions, weld quality and finished products.
- Maintaining a clean and secure workspace.
What you'll need
- MIG and TIG aluminium welding experience is essential.
- Previous experience in aluminium fabrication.
- Ability to read drawings and work accurately.
- Relevant trade qualification for the qualified position.
- Reliability and strong attention to detail.
- Your own welding helmet.
