We're seeking a Trade Qualified Boilermaker to take charge of fabrication work and lead a team of apprentices at a workshop in Rocklea specialising in 4WD conversion projects.

- 9-day fortnight, with a rostered day off.

About the role
- Carrying out welding and fabrication for 4WD conversion projects.
- Organising daily workshop tasks and overseeing apprentices.
- Providing practical guidance and supporting apprentice development.
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Checking workmanship to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintaining safe and efficient workshop practices.
What you'll need
- A recognised boilermaking trade qualification.
- Solid welding and metal fabrication experience.
- Confidence taking charge and guiding apprentices.
- Ability to read drawings and solve practical fabrication problems.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Previous automotive or 4WD fabrication experience would be highly regarded.
