The Opportunity
You have developed the skills, built the relationships and gained the experience. Now it is time to take the next step.
Working across commercial construction projects, you may already be overseeing subcontractors, coordinating consultants, resolving design challenges and managing key commercial responsibilities. You understand what it takes to keep a project on track, but you are ready for greater accountability and the opportunity to lead from the front.
ROUSSOS is partnering with an established South Australian commercial builder seeking a capable Senior Project Coordinator or Senior Contract Administrator ready to progress into Project Management.
You will have the prospect to take ownership of a project, develop your client relationships and broaden your involvement across the full project lifecycle. With experienced leadership, established systems and a collaborative team behind you, you will have the support to grow into the role while building the confidence to lead independently.
The business delivers design and construct projects for a loyal client base, creating opportunities to develop your technical, commercial and leadership capabilities across a variety of project stages.
If you are ready to move beyond supporting project delivery and start taking the lead, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
