About True Embrace
True Embrace is a Sydney-based NDIS provider built around one idea: not just the right service, but the right person. We carefully match each worker to the participant they support, so every relationship is built on trust and consistency.

The roles
We’re looking for two caring, reliable support workers to support an older gentleman in Bondi with his morning and evening routines.

These are 2:1 supports, so you’ll always be working alongside another support worker for his transfers and personal care.

What you’ll do

- Use a hoist to help him in and out of bed safely

- Provide personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and grooming, with dignity and respect

- Help with his morning and evening routines

- Follow his support plan and write transparent shift notes after every shift

About you

- Patient, respectful and genuinely caring

- Experience with personal care, and ideally with hoist transfers and manual handling

- A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support,



Ageing or Disability, or similar, is preferred

- Reliable and punctual, because early mornings and evenings need someone he can count on

Requirements

- An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one

- A current police check

- Current First Aid and CPR

- Manual handling training, or willingness to complete it

- Reliable transport to Bondi

- Australian work rights

- The NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online), or willingness to complete it
