Second in Charge (2IC) & Service Coordinator | Parramatta & Western Suburbs

Role 1: Service Coordinator
Lead the service and its team, oversee day-to-day operations, drive quality and compliance, and build strong partnerships with families and the school community.

Role 2: Second in Charge (2IC)
Work alongside the Coordinator to lead the team on the floor, support programming and compliance, and step up as Coordinator when needed. Perfect for an experienced Educator ready for their next step.

What You’ll Do

- Mentor and inspire Educators to deliver high-quality programs
- Drive the Quality Improvement Plan and keep the service assessment-ready
- Ensure compliance with the National Law, Regulations and the NQS
- Manage rosters, enrolments, CCS and operations (Coordinator)
- Lead the floor and support the Coordinator (2IC)

About You

- OSHC or children’s services experience, with leadership experience highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and My Time, Our Place
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (paid, employee)
- First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, asthma and child protection training
- Diploma or degree in Children’s Services, Education or a related field is a plus
- Organised, approachable and calm under pressure
