Turner Talent is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Hendra.

What's on Offer
- $50–$55 per hour during the initial labour-hire period.
- $50–$52 per hour upon transitioning to permanent full-time employment.
- Consistent day shift, 6am–2pm, with overtime available.

About the Role
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across industrial plant and equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults to minimise operational downtime.
- Carry out inspections,
servicing and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with site personnel to maintain a protected and productive workplace.
What We're Looking For
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
- Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding, troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise maintenance requirements.
- A reliable, safety-focused attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
