As a Store Manager, you will:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

- Train, mentor, and support sales staff, helping them refine their sales skills and achieve individual and team targets.

- Quickly establish trust and credibility with customers and team members, fostering a positive and productive store workplace.

- Tailor your leadership approach to suit different team members and customer types, ensuring effective and personalized interactions.

- Qualify customers to understand their needs and wants, influencing through storytelling and confident recommendations

- Drive onboarding activities and training programs for new staff members joining the showroom.

- Experience in furniture and bedding is not necessary
