We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Lead Engineer to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of an enterprise-scale ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solution, shaping platform strategy and architecture across the employee lifecycle.

Skills and Experience

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow (HRSD) solutions, with solid expertise in complex workflow design and exposure to AI-driven capabilities
- Experience in JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform,



and the ability to define design patterns and guide development standards
- Experience leading the design and delivery of complex integrations using REST and SOAP, aligned with enterprise architecture, security and data governance standards
- Experience improving platform scalability, performance and long-term maintainability
- Experience in automation and artificial intelligence tools
