We are looking for a reliable, approachable casual medical receptionist, who can make patients feel welcome while keeping a busy reception desk running smoothly.
Your day could include:-
- Answering calls and managing appointments
- Welcoming patients and updating their details
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
- Supporting our doctors, nurses and reception team
We would love someone who brings:
- Warmth, patience and clear communication
- Attention to detail and respect to confidentiality
- A calm approach when things get busy
- Flexibility to cover shifts and staff leave
Preferred but not essential experience in Best Practice, HotDoc, Cubiko and PRODA.
