Disability Support Workers – Multiple Locations

Logan | Ipswich | Brisbane North

We are seeking reliable, experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to clients in their homes.

We have multiple opportunities available across Logan, Ipswich and Brisbane North. Candidates must be confident working in complex support environments, delivering personal care and following individual support plans.

Available Positions

Logan

- Experience supporting clients who use wheelchairs, including safe manual handling and personal care.

- Active, confident and capable of providing hands-on support.

- Flexible and willing to work across different client placements.

- Experience supporting people with dementia is required for one specific placement.

Ipswich

- Experience supporting children with complex behaviours.

- Friendly, reliable and confident in complex support environments.

- Respectful, inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly.

- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.

Brisbane North

- Previous experience supporting children and working in complex care environments.

- Epilepsy support training and PEG feeding experience are highly regarded.





- Training can be provided for epilepsy support and PEG feeding, where appropriate.

Essential Requirements – All Positions

- Current driver's licence.

- Own reliable vehicle with current comprehensive insurance.

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

- Current Blue Card and Yellow Card.

- Availability to work across weekdays and weekends.

- Strong communication, reliability and a skilled approach to client care.

- Ability to follow individual support plans and safe work procedures.

We are looking for support workers who are dependable, adaptable and committed to providing safe, respectful and person-centred care.

Experience with complex care, manual handling, personal care or behaviour support will be highly valued, depending on the placement.

Pay Rates: Home Care Package (Level 3.1)

Locations: Logan, Ipswich and Brisbane North
