This role is primarily focused on caravan assembly, preparation and general yard operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has valuable problem-solving skills and takes pride in getting things done properly.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and fit caravan components, accessories and fittings.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare caravans for customer handovers.
- Perform minor adjustments, repairs and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and help resolve simple mechanical, electrical or plumbing issues within your experience.
- Assist with caravan movements, deliveries and general yard operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure caravans are ready for customers.
About you
- Good hands-on skills and confidence using basic hand and power tools.
- Experience in caravan assembly, automotive, trailer manufacturing, mechanical fitting or similar work is preferred.
- Basic understanding of caravan systems and components is an advantage.
- Able to identify problems and work towards practical solutions.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Physically capable of carrying out hands-on assembly work.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred.
