Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support our Power & Infrastructure portfolio. Working closely with operational, commercial and project leaders, you'll provide financial insight, commercial guidance and performance management support that helps drive profitable growth, strong cash generation and successful project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with portfolio leaders to improve profitability, cash flow and business performance.
- Provide commercial advice, scenario analysis and financial insights to support decision-making.
- Support portfolio strategy through financial, operational and project analysis.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance review processes.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting covering revenue, margins, costs, cash flow and working capital.
- Facilitate performance reviews and help drive accountability for financial outcomes.
- Support month-end activities, project reviews, variance analysis and financial governance requirements.
- Monitor project performance including WIP, cost-to-complete, revenue recognition and margin movements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools using D365 F&O;, Power BI and Excel.
- Drive process improvements, automation and enhanced financial visibility across the portfolio.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Management Accounting or Project Accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
- Experience partnering with operational,



commercial or project stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital management.
- Solid analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building capabilities.

Highly Regarded

- CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, power, energy or project-based environments.
- Knowledge of project accounting including WIP, revenue recognition, cost-to-complete and margin analysis.
- Experience with D365 Finance & Operations, Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Experience improving finance processes, reporting capability and data quality.
- Exposure to tender reviews, business cases and commercial evaluations.
