About the Role

Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team, you’ll drive continuous improvement and support consistent, high-quality educational practice across all rooms.

You will:

- Lead curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
- Coach and mentor educators to build their skills and confidence.
- Embed Aspire’s Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy across the service.
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.




- Build positive relationships with children, families and educators.
- Help create a collaborative team culture focused on quality outcomes.

About You
You’re a confident, supportive leader who enjoys developing others and making a difference in children's learning and development.
You'll bring:

- An ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification (Bachelor's degree or ECT qualification highly regarded).
- Previous Educational Leader experience, ideally in a medium to large service.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and early childhood best practice.
- A passion for coaching educators and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
