The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Mid-Level Software Developer who love coding and seeking new challenges! Excellent verbal and written communication skills is key to this role along with an understanding of how your role contributes to business strategy, growth and exceeding customer expectations.

This role is responsible for the design, development,



and implementation of high-quality software products and ongoing business projects. As a Software Developer, you will collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Account Managers, and fellow engineers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

In addition to traditional software engineering, this role emphasizes the use of AI-assisted development tools and practices to enhance productivity, code quality, and innovation. You will help shape how AI is applied across our engineering lifecycle—from design and coding to testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

About you

On the technical side of things, we’re looking for developers who have experience in developing fresh and creative user experiences with:

- 5+ years of relevant commercial software development experience, delivering production applications.

- Advanced hands-on React experience in commercial projects, including functional components, hooks, state management and API integration.





- Strong C# and .NET development skills, including ASP.NET Web API / REST services and working with Entity Framework or similar tools.

- Practical experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs, including authentication, validation and error handling.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including application hosting and background or scheduled jobs (e.g. Azure WebJobs).

- Solid SQL Azure / T-SQL experience, including queries, stored procedures, indexing, troubleshooting and working with large data volumes.

- Experience with GitHub workflows, including branches, pull requests and code reviews; familiarity with CI/CD practices.

- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS skills, with an understanding of web application performance.

- Experience with Agile delivery, testing, debugging and secure software development practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (preferred) or equivalent practical experience

- Previous commercial Angular development experience is an advantage.

- Desirable: Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and integrations, such as Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Dynamics or similar.

- Desirable: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, used with appropriate review and security safeguards.
