As a Services Manager with Multiplex, you'll play a key role in managing the successful delivery of building services across complex construction projects. You'll take ownership of services from design and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, working closely with the wider project team, consultants and subcontractors to achieve programme, cost, quality and safety requirements.

This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Adelaide.

As Services Manager, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of multidisciplinary building services while providing support and guidance to Services Engineers across the project. You'll manage services design and procurement programmes, oversee subcontractor delivery,



identify long-lead procurement requirements and help resolve technical and services-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll also work closely with the Project Manager and broader project team to manage services design changes, value management opportunities, subcontractor claims, defects and compliance requirements, ensuring building and critical services are delivered in line with the project brief and relevant regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will need:

- Demonstrated experience in the design, coordination and installation of building services within a construction environment.
- Strong construction knowledge and a good understanding of building and construction trades.
- Experience planning and managing programmes, including services design and procurement activities.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary building techniques and building services delivery.
- An understanding of relevant sustainability rating tools, including Green Star, ABGR, BERS and BASIX.
- Knowledge of WHS/OH&S; requirements and the Building Code of Australia.
- The ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, clients and project teams to drive services outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building or a related discipline, or relevant trade qualifications/equivalent industry experience.
