Who we're looking for:

- 3x Claims Consultants - Home & Property, Motor, Strata, Commercial or other General Insurance claims. Underwriting backgrounds also considered.

- Professional Risks Account Manager - Experience across Professional Indemnity, Management Liability and commercial insurance
- Professional Risks Assistant - Supporting a portfolio of professional risks clients
- General Insurance Account Managers - Experience managing commercial insurance portfolios and client relationships
- General Insurance Assistants (2 positions) - Supporting experienced Account Managers across commercial insurance portfolios

What your day-to-day could include:

- Managing insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement
- Supporting clients with insurance enquiries, renewals and policy administration
- Managing commercial insurance portfolios and client relationships




- Building relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with new business, renewals and policy administration
- Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support

What you'll need:

- Relevant insurance or claims experience depending on the position
- Tier 1 qualification preferred for brokerage roles. Tier 2 considered if willing to complete Tier 1
- A valid driver's licence and access to a car
- Availability to work onsite in Melbourne's south-east
