Ryan’s Fresh Market has multiple Part time positions available for reliable, hardworking people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved.

We’re looking for team members across different areas of our store, including customer service, stock replenishment and fresh produce preparation. We also have an opportunity for a hands-on produce cutter to join our team.

Whether you have retail experience or practical experience preparing fresh produce, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Please note: 5 am starts are a must for these positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include:

- Serving customers and providing friendly, helpful service

- Operating registers and handling cash transactions

- Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive displays

- Rotating stock and maintaining product freshness and quality

- Preparing and cutting fresh fruit and vegetables for retail sale

- Maintaining clean, organised cool rooms and work areas

- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures





- Supporting the wider team to keep the store running smoothly

Previous retail, supermarket, fresh produce or customer service experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Hours & Availability

- Multiple part-time positions available

- A range of shifts and hours depending on store requirements

- 5 am starts are essential

- Weekday and weekend availability required
