As part of this continued expansion, we are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a retail/BMC development based in Dee Why.

About the Role

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a retail development, ensuring the highest standards of building operations, maintenance, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

You will be the key point of contact for tenants and contractors, delivering a seamless living experience while maintaining strong operational performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities management within a BMC retail building.

- A genuine passion for the Facilities Management industry

- Strong technical knowledge across building systems and operations





- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with residents and stakeholders

- Experience interpreting budgets, financial reports, and managing operational expenditure

- Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management

- Sound knowledge of compliance requirements and WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata, and residential buildings

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of initiative

- Ambition to grow and develop your career within the industry

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
