Join a high-impact team driving AI adoption across enterprise engineering squads. We're looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer with deep experience building and deploying AI agents, coaching teams, and embedding AI-assisted delivery practices within regulated environments.

What you'll be doing:

- Design, build, tune, and evaluate AI agents and multi-agent workflows

- Develop reusable agent skills, prompts, templates, and governance frameworks

- Coach engineering squads on AI-assisted software delivery and GitHub Copilot adoption

- Drive spec-driven, PR-based development workflows and AI engineering best practices

- Engage with architecture, risk, compliance, and delivery stakeholders

- Measure and demonstrate business value through clear delivery metrics

What we're looking for:





- Robust hands-on experience building AI agents using Python plus one or more of C#, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript

- Experience working within AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks

- Background in Banking or Insurance environments

- Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS

- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Jira, and Confluence

- Strong stakeholder management and technical consulting capabilities

Nice to have:

- SAFe or scaled Agile experience

- LLMOps, observability, and AI audit trail experience

- InnerSource knowledge

- Familiarity with APRA standards (CPS 230, CPS 234)

- Experience with LeanIX and Figma
