About the Role
This is an prospect for a casualty claims specialist to join a high-performing team and manage a portfolio of liability claims. You will deliver high-quality outcomes through prompt contact, thorough investigation, accurate reserving and effective resolution, while providing exceptional service to insureds, brokers and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

- Manage a portfolio of liability claims in line with Chubb Best Practice Guidelines.

- Investigate claims, assess coverage, identify liability and establish accurate reserves.

- Drive timely resolution through strong judgement, negotiation and clear documentation.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners and regulators to ensure compliant, high-quality claims handling.

What you’ll bring to the role

- Previous liability claims experience.

- Relevant tertiary or insurance industry qualifications an advantage

- Strong communication, workflow management and customer service skills.

- A collaborative,



team-focused approach with solid knowledge of claims processes.
