IsAlbi is an Australian homewares, kitchenware, gifting and toys business and part of the Marlin Brands portfolio. Our products reach thousands of retail partners across Australia and New Zealand with our Truganina distribution centre as the engine room that gets them there.

We’re investing in our distribution operation and have two full-time Team Leader roles available, both reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

The roles

Inbound Team Leader

You’ll lead our inbound area. You’ll oversee container unloading, then make sure stock is received accurately and staged safely, ready for put-away. You own the area and its daily output.

Team Leader Multi-Area

This role isn’t tied to one area. You’ll support leadership across outbound, production/reworks and inbound, stepping in to provide leadership or an extra set of hands where needed. One day that might be a busy outbound afternoon. The next, it could be a heavy receiving day. It suits someone who likes variety and knows their way around a whole warehouse.

The hours

The warehouse operates from 6am to 6pm. These are full-time roles with shifts worked within those hours.

We’re in a busy period right now and have regular overtime so we are looking for leaders who are genuinely flexible with their hours and happy to work when the additional hours are there.

What you’ll do

- Lead the shift when the Operations Supervisor is not on-site
- Allocate work to team members and move people around areas as needed
- Lead from the front, working on the tools alongside your team
- Handle day-to-day people matters on the floor
- Lead safety on the floor and be the first response when something goes wrong
- Run quality checks, including spot checks on carrier labels
- Train and induct team members on the job
- Work with the Operations Supervisor, suppliers and internal customers

What you’ll bring

- Leading hand or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution centre
- A current forklift licence
- A high reach or LO licence (desirable)
- Confidence with warehouse management systems – we use CartonCloud
- A practical, safety-first approach to your work and leading a team
- Genuine flexibility to work overtime when the operation needs it
- A positive attitude and thrives in being part of the team

What’s on offer

- A permanent full-time role
- Market-competitive salary
- Day shifts between 6am and 6pm
- Regular overtime available
