This is a full-time, ongoing position ideal for a passionate and skilled professional. and inventory Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery area Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets Qualification & experience Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 year of relevant industry experience Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, baking times, and bakery operations Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and in a rapid-paced environment Attention to detail and a passion for artisan baking About Company Bakers Delight Brighton is proud to be part of Australia’s most successful bakery franchise group.
