We're seeking an experienced HR professional to support two directorates in a true business partnering role. Working closely with Executives and senior leaders, you'll provide strategic workforce advice across change management, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement and organisational development.
About the Role

- Partner directly with Directors and senior leaders
- Lead and support change management and organisational projects
- Coach managers on people leadership and workforce challenges
- Assist with workforce planning, succession planning and restructures
- Interpret awards, legislation and HR policy
- Support engagement survey actions and workforce initiatives
- Build effective relationships within a unionised setting
- Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, L&D; and WHS teams

About You

- HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Strong change management capability
- Knowledge of awards,



legislation and workforce planning
- Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills
- Experience in a large, complex organisation preferred
