We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a busy restaurant team. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and making sure the restaurant runs smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
- Leading the team and keeping service standards high.
- Managing labour, stock, waste and customer feedback.
- Creating a positive team culture and keeping things running smoothly
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love for great food.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
