5-Month Contract | CBD Location | Highly Varied Work

Your new companyAn educational institution requires an interim Enrolment Assistant for a five-month contract to help deliver student services.
Your new roleYou will be a central point of contact for internal and external contacts, ensuring programmes run smoothly from start to finish.

- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Prepare invoices
- Ensure data integrity of all incoming information
- Creating data reports ready for Management and external bodies.
- Maintain online booking
- Set up meetings on Zoom
- Maintain calendars and planners
- Update information across systems, including CRM, online store and tracking spreadsheets.
- Provide general administrative assistance

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in administration within an educational environment




- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
- Experience supporting online programmes using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- High attention to detail with accurate data
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills
